These Terms and Conditions apply to the Likebees website at Likebees.com (the ‘Site’). Please read these Terms and conditions carefully.

About us
Likebees is a trading name of Likebees Ltd, registered in England and Wales no. 07120368, registered office 2ND Floor, 145-157 St John Street. London EC1V 4PY.
Registration
For details of how to register for the Likebees service (the ‘Service’), see our homepage. By registering for the Service, you confirm that you are eighteen (18) years old or over, and you will abide by these Terms and Conditions.
In the course of registering, you will be asked for your email address and certain personal information so that we can set up an account for your sole use. You may not transfer your account to, or share it with, any other person.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your account is correct, and is updated by you as necessary.
You may edit the personal information in your account at any time from your Profile page, which you can access by clicking on ‘My Likebees’.
Your personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy, which describes the kinds of data we collect, the purposes for which we collect it, the use we make of it, and the persons and countries to which it may be transferred.
The Service
The Service allows you to make an offer to buy a voucher for goods or services on the terms shown on the Site. Once we have accepted your offer and have received payment for your voucher, there will be a binding contract between you and Likebees for the voucher.
The contract for the purchase of the voucher is between you and Likebees, whereas the contract in relation to the supply of goods and/or services (‘Deal’) is between you and the third parties offering those goods and/or services (‘Merchants’). Accordingly, any queries or concerns relating to the Deal should be addressed to the Merchant. You will see the name, address and contact details of the Merchant in the Voucher
Vouchers
The vouchers we supply through the Service are evidence of payment for, and your entitlement to, the goods or services in question. Each voucher carries a unique serial number, which must be quoted when dealing with Likebees or the Merchant. Vouchers and their associated references must be kept safely and securely. The voucher should be taken on the day when you wish to collect the goods or use the service in question, and must be surrendered to the Merchant or alternatively sent to the Merchant if requested to secure the booking (we recommend sending vouchers by secure mail as they are not replaceable if lost). Once a voucher has been issued it cannot be exchanged or refunded (but this does not affect your statutory rights).
Availability
All offers for vouchers are conditional on the required number of people making an offer for the goods or services in question, as stated on the Site, and also subject to availability of the goods or services in question, which is outside our control. If an offer for a voucher cannot be fulfilled for any reason, Likebees will promptly refund all monies paid. Likebees reserves the right to undertake security checks and, if necessary, delay despatch of the voucher.
Payment details
You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
We will pass your credit or debit card (or details of any other payment method allowed) to our payment processing agency PayPal. The purchase of a voucher by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details. You undertake to us that the details you give us of your credit or debit card are correct, that the credit or debit card belongs to you and that there are sufficient funds to cover the price of the voucher. If there are any changes in your payment details it is your responsibility to inform us at sales@likebees.com. Failure to supply the correct credit or debit card, billing address information and/or cardholder details may result in delay to the issue of your voucher. We also reserve the right to cancel vouchers if payment is declined or the incorrect cardholder and/or billing address have been supplied.
Period of validity
Each voucher is generally valid for a period of up to 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the Site (if so, this will also be stated on the voucher). After the expiry date shown on the voucher, the voucher will be deemed to be invalid and no liability will be accepted by Likebees.
Restrictions
Most vouchers are subject to restrictions, which are not imposed by Likebees but are set by the Merchants in question. These could include (but are not limited to) age, height, weight, physical and medical restrictions, and may vary from place to place, so please check before making your booking. Details of these restrictions will be available on the Site and contained in the voucher pack.
Gifts
If you buy a voucher as a gift for someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase a gift voucher appropriate for the intended recipient and it is the responsibility of the recipient to double check that the restrictions are not prohibitive. If you are unsure of the suitability please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
Group vouchers
Group vouchers can only be redeemed in one occurrence and for the benefit of the number of people specified on the voucher. If you redeem the Group voucher for a number of people that is lower than the number specified on the voucher, you will not be entitled to a credit, cash or new vouchers, unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you.
Descriptions, Formats and Durations
Details of goods and services given on the Site (including description, format and timings) are intended only to present a general idea of them, and shall not be considered binding. In particular, photographs are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of any contract between you and Likebees. As Likebees offers services at a wide number of venues, such details may vary from location to location. We cannot be held responsible for descriptions on the website of any supplier or other third party.
VAT
Prices shown include VAT at the rates applicable on the day of purchase of the voucher.
Responsibility for loss
Likebees vouchers are valuable documents and cannot be replaced if they are lost, damaged or stolen and are invalid if altered or tampered with. Likebees accepts no liability in these circumstances.
Cancellation
Where you cancel the purchase of the voucher within the first ten (10) working days from the day of your receipt of the voucher, we will refund you the money you paid for the voucher, provided that the voucher is not for a Deal for the supply of services, which you have already undertaken. Where you cancel the purchase of the voucher after the expiry of the ten (10) working days’ period from the day of your receipt of the voucher, we may refund you the money you paid for the Voucher at our sole discretion.

No Commercial Use
The Service is made available for non-commercial and domestic use only. Likebees reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or orders that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns. You may not re-sell the Service without the prior written consent of Likebees.
Availability of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend the Site at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We cannot guarantee that the Site will be available at all times without interruption. Although we make reasonable attempts to ensure that the server that makes the Site available is bug and virus free, we cannot provide any guarantee in this respect. We may terminate without notice your use of the Site with immediate effect if you breach any of these Terms.
Monitoring
Likebees shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Site at all times, including any chat rooms and forums that may hereinafter be included as part of the Site, to determine compliance with this Terms and Conditions and any operating rules established by Likebees, as well as to satisfy any applicable law, regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing, Likebees shall have the right to remove any material that Likebees, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.
End user acknowledges that all discussion for ratings, comments, bulletin board service, chat rooms and/or other message or communication facilities (collectively “Communities”) are public and not private communications, and that, therefore, others may read end user’s communications without end user’s knowledge. Likebees does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Community, and, therefore, Likebees specifically disclaims any liability concerning the Communities and any actions resulting from end users participation in any Community, including any objectionable content. Generally, any communication which end user posts to Likebees (whether in chat rooms, discussion groups, message boards or otherwise) is considered to be non-confidential. If particular web pages permit the submission of communications that will be treated by Likebees as confidential, that fact will be stated on those pages. By posting comments, messages or other information on the Site, end user grants Likebees the right to use such comments, messages or information for promotions, advertising, market research or any other lawful purpose.
Intellectual property rights
The Site and its contents are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, as detailed in our Copyright Notice. We reserve our rights in such intellectual property. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and conditions or as otherwise agreed with us, you may not copy, disseminate, or download any content of the Site.
Liability
Likebees warrants that it has the right to provide the Service and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Service available to you and in ensuring its availability, but the Site is provided as it currently is and we do not guarantee that the Site will meet your expectations or requirements.
The Site is accessed via the World Wide Web, which is independent of us. Your use of the World Wide Web is solely at your own risk and subject to all applicable national and international laws and regulations. We do not represent that the Site is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than the United Kingdom. We shall have no responsibility for any information or service obtained by you on the World Wide Web.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Site, Likebees cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of theft, impersonation or identity fraud.
We shall not under any circumstances be liable for any unforeseeable loss or any business loss, including loss of profit, which results from the use of, or your inability to use, the Site or the Service.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not be excluded by law.
General
These Terms and conditions are governed by English law and we and you both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to change any of these Terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any change will become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. By continuing to use the Site, you will be deemed to accept any such change.
