What is Likebees?
Likebees is a new and engaging way of discovering, experiencing and sharing the coolest things to do in town with your friends, while saving money!

How did you come up with the name Likebees?
Here is a funny story. During a brainstorming session, on a sunny Sunday afternoon, we were having a little treat with honey and bread. We left the honey jar open as ideas started to fly around and a couple of minutes later swarms of bees flocked around the jar. Eureka! Like bees to honey…(there is a small chance we made this story up).
I like today’s deal – how do I get it?
Click on the BUY button on our deal page and go through the quick payment process before the deal is over. But note you will only get it if the minimum number of buyers is reached, so invite your friends to get on board too! You can buy the deal for yourself, as a gift for your loved ones or for a group of friends. As soon as the deal is activated, you will be charged and you will receive your Likebees Pass straight into your inbox.
When do I get charged?
Since the deal is only activated when enough people join in, you will only get charged when that condition is met.
Do not worry if you get an email from Paypal titled “Your pre-approved payments will expire soon”, check out our Forum Post about it.
What happens if not enough people buy into the deal?
If the minimum number of buyers required to activate the deal is not reached by the time the deal ends, the deal is cancelled and you will never get charged. If you really really love the deal then, you’d better make some noise and tell all your friends about it!
I just got an email from Likebees saying that the deal was successful and that I got charged. Now what?
Yay! Congratulations! That means enough people have purchased the deal. You should have also received an email with your Likebees Pass attached. All you have to do now is print it off and take it with you whenever you feel like using it (make sure you read the terms and conditions of the offer though). Alternatively you can log in to your account and click on “My Likebees” and then on “My Deals”: you can find all your deals there and print off the Passes whenever you need them.
When can I use my Likebees Pass?
All the Likebees Passes have specific redemption terms on them, so make sure you read them carefully and that you use yours before it expires! Don’t worry though, you don’t have to use it the same day you purchased it.
I bought the deal of the day, how do I use it?
You just have to print your Likebees Pass contained in the confirmation email and hand it to the merchant that will redeem it.
I would like to buy a Likebees Pass as a gift for my sister. Can I do that?
Absolutely! How nice of you! Our deals can be gifted away, unless specifically stated in the terms of that particular deal. All you have to do is enter name and email of the person you would like to gift it to during the checkout process and off you go!
I would like to buy a Likebees Pass for a group of friends. Can I do that?
What a great idea! The more the merrier right?! Unless specifically stated in the terms of that particular deal, you will be able to purchase a Pass that is valid for a group of people. All you have to do is enter the size of your group during the checkout process and off you go! Just make sure you redeem you Group Pass with your friends.

Likebees is as safe as Paypal, our preferred payment gateway. So if you trust Paypal, you can trust us.
Do I get a credit or cash back if I don’t use the full value of a Likebees Pass?
No, normally you don’t.
Can I return a Likebees Pass?
We will do our best to accommodate you, but unless something is wrong with your purchase we are unable to offer a refund after seven days from your purchase. However, feel free to drop us an email at returns@likebees.com or give us a call (020 3286 2926) explaining your situation and we will see what we can do.
The business I bought the Likebees Pass for has closed down. Can I get my money back?
Absolutely, you will be refunded if anything out of your influence makes it impossible for you to redeem the Pass. Just drop us a line at returns@likebees.com.
